Congratulations to Bronwyne Albright - Sweet Adelines New Zealand Service to Young Women in Harmony Award recipient for 2024!
Bronwyne’s journey with Young Women in Harmony began in 2015 when she volunteered to help at the high school Barbershop Nationals at Founders Theatre in Hamilton. Since then she has worked continuously in various roles to support YWIH in New Zealand including Waikato/ Bay of Plenty Regional Coordinator, Trustee for SANZ Prue Blythe Memorial Trust, ‘on the ground coordinator’ for the national competitions, YSIH Trustee and management team member.
Bronwyne is always willing to help, always first there and last to leave, is very calm in a crisis and is passionate about Young Singers in Harmony. Over the past decade she has made an incredibly valuable contribution and her efforts have been hugely vital to YWIH activities in New Zealand at both a regional and national level. Bronwyne’s many years of commitment to Young Women in Harmony make her truly deserving of this award.
